Mr. Anjani Radheshyam Agarwal
Mr. Anjani Radheshyam Agarwal, aged 53 years is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director of the Company. He is the promoter of the Company and brings with him over 25 years of rich experience in the Textile Industry. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and a respected textile magnate, known for his dynamic vision and deep domain expertise. Mr. Agarwal has previously served as a director on the Board of the Company and has played a vital role in shaping its strategic direction. His re-appointment will further strengthen the leadership and business acumen of the Company.
Ms. Umang Kaitan
Ms. Umang Kaitan, aged 28 years is the Executive Director of the Company. She is a highly motivated and determined sales professional with over 10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing operations. She is a consistent achiever with more than 20% growth in sales revenues year on year. Ms. Khaitan possesses exceptional communication and persuasive skills, strong techno-commercial knowledge, and effective leadership abilities. She is passionate about developing and maintaining customer relationships, with a strong commitment to generating repeat business and contributing to the growth of the Company.

Mr. Sumant Laxminarayan Periwal, aged 54 years is the Independent Director and Non-Executive Director of the Company, having good experience in fields of Finance and Accounts, Business Planning and analysis, Compliance and other Financials.
Mr. Sudhirkumar Asthana
Mr. Sudhirkumar Asthana, aged 57 years is the Independent and Non- Executive Director. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Textile Chemistry from Sasmira’s Institute of Management Studies and Research. He brings with him 32 years of extensive experience in the home textile industry, having served in senior leadership and top management roles in reputed textile organizations. His industry knowledge, strategic insight, and leadership capabilities will significantly benefit the Company in its growth and operational excellence.
